As well as selling our range of fresh products, we smoke trout to old traditional methods using only salt and hardwood chips. 

We offer three products: 
A light smoked 
moist and subtle flavours 
A dark smoked 
a more intense taste 
A cold smoked 
a beautiful delicate alternative to salmon 
We smoke on a daily basis in small batches using fresh trout from the farm. These are all filleted and vacuum packed for convenience and all products can be frozen.
